01 / What we collect
Account, product, and production data
We store the email address and name associated with passwordless access, necessary session records, invitations, saved products, source URLs, uploaded assets, creative briefs, generated media, publishing copy, campaigns, workflow decisions, production history, and operational errors.
We also process basic technical information required to secure and operate the service, such as authentication attempts, timestamps, and error details. The beta does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
02 / How it is used
To operate and improve the studio
Data is used to authenticate invited testers, isolate each user’s work, analyze products at the user’s request, plan and generate advertising assets, recover failed production, provide exports, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and understand whether the closed beta is reliable.
Do not upload secrets, payment-card information, health records, government identifiers, or assets you do not have permission to use.
03 / Service providers
Production crosses a small, named stack
- Hetzner hosts the application, database, and stored assets.
- OpenAI Codex assists with creative planning and workflow execution.
- FAL processes prompts and approved inputs for generated media.
- Pexels supplies licensed stock-footage search results when requested.
- Resend delivers passwordless sign-in messages.
- Apple, Google, and requested public websites may be accessed to analyze a product source supplied by the user.
Only information needed for the selected operation is sent to each provider. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
04 / Retention and deletion
Keep it while useful; delete it when asked
Account and creative data is retained for the duration of the closed beta unless the user deletes the account or the beta operator removes inactive test data. Operational security records may be retained for a limited period when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service.
The Account page permanently removes owned artifacts, campaigns, workflow versions, production ledgers, LangGraph threads and checkpoints, authentication records, and beta access. Deletion cannot be undone. Temporary provider-side retention may continue according to each provider’s policy.
05 / Your choices
Access, correction, export, and deletion
Users can review saved products, campaigns, results, and account data in the studio; export completed campaign deliverables; correct editable content; and delete the account from the Account page. For access or correction that cannot be completed in the product, contact the person who invited you to the beta.
Because this is a limited beta, the operator may suspend access to protect other testers, control generation costs, or investigate misuse.
06 / Security and changes
Restricted access, not a promise of perfection
The service uses invite-only access, passwordless authentication, per-user isolation, protected media routes, encryption in transit, host firewalling, rate limiting, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
This notice may change as the beta adds providers or data practices. Material changes will be communicated to active testers before they take effect.
