AdKreativ

Closed beta / Terms

Use the studio like unfinished production software.

Effective 17 July 2026 · These terms apply to every invited beta account.

01 / Beta access

Invitation is personal and revocable

AdKreativ Studio is pre-release software provided to invited testers for evaluation and feedback. Access is personal to the invited email address. Do not share sign-in links, sessions, or administrator access. The operator may limit usage, generation volume, features, or membership during the beta.

02 / Your assets

You keep ownership and grant processing permission

You retain rights in product information, uploaded assets, brands, and other material you provide. You grant the beta operator and its service providers permission to host, copy, transform, and process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested beta functionality.

You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and use every asset, trademark, product claim, customer quote, and source. Do not submit confidential third-party information without authorization.

03 / Generated work

Review every ad before publication

Generated plans, copy, images, videos, avatars, and campaign packages may contain errors, unsuitable claims, visual defects, or material that requires disclosure. You are responsible for human review, substantiating claims, securing applicable rights, and complying with advertising-platform rules and law before publishing or spending media budget.

The beta does not promise that an output is unique, non-infringing, accurate, platform-compliant, or suitable for a particular campaign.

04 / Acceptable use

Do not use the beta to harm or deceive

Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation without consent, deceptive endorsements, harassment, exploitation, malware, credential theft, privacy violations, prohibited political persuasion, or attempts to bypass access, quotas, security controls, or provider safeguards.

Do not overload the service, automate unapproved high-volume generation, probe other users’ data, or reverse engineer private credentials and infrastructure.

05 / Availability and data

The beta can fail, change, or stop

Features may change without notice and production may be interrupted by experimental software or third-party providers. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without uptime, output, or data-preservation guarantees. Keep independent copies of source assets and important exports.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta operator is not responsible for indirect loss, lost campaigns, media spend, lost profits, or reliance on an unreviewed output. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

06 / Suspension, deletion, and changes

You can leave; access can be withdrawn

You may stop using the beta and delete the account from the Account page. The operator may suspend or revoke access for security, cost control, inactivity, policy violations, or termination of the beta. Sections concerning rights, responsibility for published work, disclaimers, and limitations continue where their nature requires it.

These terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active testers. Continuing to use the beta after the effective date means accepting the updated terms.
